HaulSync is a load lifecycle and driver timekeeping application built for trucking companies. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect the following information when you use HaulSync:
Account information: Username and password when you create an account using an invite code provided by your employer.
Location data: Your device location is used to display your current city on the home screen and to support background location tracking during active shifts. Location data is not sold or shared with third parties.
Shift data: Clock in and clock out times are recorded and made available to your employer for payroll purposes.
Load data: Load status updates you submit during deliveries are recorded and shared with your dispatcher.
Your information is used solely to operate the HaulSync application. Shift and load data is shared with your employer (the company admin) for operational and payroll purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties outside of your employer.
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We use industry standard security practices to protect your information.
HaulSync requests access to your device location to display your current city and support delivery tracking. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, though some features may not function without it.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you leave your employer and your account is removed, your data will be deleted from our systems.
